HOW AND WHEN THE SHIPPING IS MADE?
All our items are carefully packaged and shipped the next business day after payment confirmation.
The order will be sent by registered mail to your address and you will be given a code to track the shipment. This shipping method guarantees the delivery of the package through a confirmation signature.
Delivery terms:
- Spain: 2-3 days
- Europe: 4-7 days
- United States: 7-14 days
- Rest of the world: consult

WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
If you are not satisfied with the product, it will be fully reimbursed, excluding shipping costs, provided it has not been used or damaged and is returned in its original packaging. If you want a refund, you must first contact us within 15 days of the arrival of the product.
The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages that are returned to us.
Products made to order cannot be returned, as they are specially designed for you.
